About the Author
Helen Theuma was diagnosed as bi-polar when she was 17, after two suicide attempts. Since then, over twenty years of introspection, observation, experimentation and study have enabled her to overcome the depression and anxiety. Helen now lives a happy and fulfilling life and helps others to do the same. She has been a carer, a paramedic, an artist and is now an author and motivational speaker.
